Born February 9, 1973. He received his primary school education at a Catholic school in Al-Qaa, before completing middle and high school in al-Hermel’s public school. He studied Arabic proofreading and peotic recitation at Lebanese University’s campus in Zahle, before obtaining a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management from Imam al-Sadeq University in Tehran. Hmadeh is a graduate of Hezbollah’s “Cadres Institute,” and has gradually moved up the ladder of the party’s leadership since joining. He has served as a member of Hezbollah’s leadership in al-Bekaa since 2001, and was appointed as its deputy head. He was also appointed as Hezbollah’s official in charge of activities and in al-Hermel in 2007. Hmadeh was elected in 2018 to serve as Hezbollah’s representative in the Lebanese parliament for the Bekaa III (Baalbek/Al-Hermel) electoral district.
